You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if you have the goods before the deadline – also by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duty to provide information pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB and our duties pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods suffices to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be addressed to:

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
They shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine their nature, properties and functionality.
Return fee (non-delivery): The customer shall pay a return fee of EUR 4 per shipment within Germany for undeliverable parcels for which DHL is not responsible. In other European countries, the return fee is 12 EUR. Shipments are undeliverable if no person authorised to receive them as defined in Clause 4 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the DHL Paket/Express National General Terms and Conditions is found and/or the pick-up deadline has elapsed fruitlessly after notification, the recipient cannot be identified or the delivery address has been given incorrectly and/or incompletely.
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment in exercising his right of revocation and the customer had to bear the regular costs of the return shipment in accordance with §6, it shall be agreed that the return fee of EUR 4 charged by DHL shall be understood as the regular costs of the return shipment and these shall be borne by the customer.
1 Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods as far as possible in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect. For any costs incurred by us, we will charge these to you.
3 Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
4. Opened goods (broken seals) will not be refunded as long as the product is free of defects.
5. check the number of pieces before breaking the safety film, after breaking the safety film a complaint about missing products is no longer possible.
